With a design team of 6, we enabled small kirana stores and large enterprises to ship with Delhivery with ease. We designed and planned two versions with agile updates, resulting in a 14% increase in QRR and an NPS improvement from 3.2 to 8.5.
Enabling international courier & Hyperlocal transport booking — right from your couch!
I drove and simplified international courier services and streamlined hyperlocal truck hiring. Our courier booking app saw a 10-15% month-over-month shipment increase, becoming a major revenue center even before marketing.
API service, developer tools & a Marketplace for business of all scales
Designed a global SaaS platform that empowers users to manage their operations, drivers, shipments, orders, and more. It caters to both developers and non-developers with a no-code solution.
A Design system that serves 20+ verticals yet promotes designer freedom
The Aquarius Prime design system, built for Delhivery, supports multiple product themes in Figma by using variables, tokens, and a hierarchical structure. This approach ensures consistent design across various themes and products while allowing for easy customization.

As the first designer at Fyle, I helped transform the company from a simple add-on to a comprehensive platform for managing expenses, integrating credit cards, automating taxes, and leveraging AI for audits. This experience was integral to my growth as we scaled from 0-1 and beyond.
Voice interaction design for smartron
A smart home voice assistant that eventually joined hands with Alexa
We curated, designed, and tested interactions for our in-house voice assistant, “Maya”. We ensured she could understand and chat with users, assist with daily routines, and even order food seamlessly.
